• For sellers: PAN, GSTIN, bank account details, business address and identity proof
• Messages you send us through forms, email, chat or support tickets

Why we collect it

• To create your account and process your orders
• To deliver your order and handle returns and refunds
• To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp
• To send offers and recommendations, only if you’ve agreed to receive them
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
• To meet legal and tax requirements

Who we share it with

• Sellers, only what they need to ship your order: your name, address and phone number
• Courier partners, for delivery
• Payment partners, to process your payment. We don’t store your card, UPI or net banking details on our servers.
• Service providers such as hosting, email and analytics tools
• Authorities, when the law requires it

We don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may stop working.

How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records such as tax and invoice records.

Marita is not meant for people under 18. If we find that we’ve collected a minor’s data without a parent’s consent, we’ll delete it.
