These terms apply when you use marita.in. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our role
Marita provides the platform. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers, and the seller’s name is shown on each product page. Your contract of sale for a product is with that seller. We facilitate the order, payment and support.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give correct information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Products and prices
Sellers set their own prices and describe their own products. We try to keep everything accurate, but images and colours can look slightly different on your screen. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We or the seller may cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. You’ll be refunded for anything you’ve paid.
Payments
You can pay using the online methods shown at checkout or by Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our payment partners.
Shipping, returns and refunds

What you can’t do
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Post false reviews or fake information
- Try to hack, scrape or disrupt the site
- Misuse offers, coupons or the return policy
- Pretend to be someone else
Reviews and content
When you post a review or photo, you give us permission to display it on the site. You’re responsible for what you post. We can remove content that is abusive, false or against the law.
Intellectual property
The Marita name, logo, design and site content belong to us or to the sellers who provided them. Please don’t copy them without permission.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Suspending accounts
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patna, Bihar will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is posted here.
