About Us

Marita is an online marketplace based in Patna, Bihar. Independent sellers from across India list their products here, and shoppers can find fashion, electronics, home and kitchen items, beauty products, jewellery, handmade goods, sports gear and toys in one place.

We started Marita because buying from small and mid-sized sellers online is harder than it should be. Good products get buried, sellers pay too much just to get seen, and customers are never sure who they’re buying from. We wanted a marketplace where a seller in Patna or Jaipur can set up a store quickly, and where a shopper can see exactly who is selling the product and get help if something goes wrong.

What you can expect
Sellers list and manage their own products. We run the storefront, handle payments and step in when an order has a problem. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery, and most products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

For sellers
If you make or sell something good, you can open a store on Marita with no registration fee. Read how it works on our Become a Seller page.
